Salzburg, Austria is the perfect winter olympics candidate city. With its storybook-like Baroque architecture being amidst the dramatically beautiful Alps, Salzburg is the perfect winter wonderland for the world’s favorite celebration of connection.
The concept for the design appeals to both Salzburg as a city and the aesthetic of the winter olympics as a whole. The driving idea is the fantastical beauty of Salzburg/the Alps intertwining with the refreshing togetherness of the world as they support their highly-decorated and cherished athletes.
